The invention relates to the field of packaging, namely boxes.
A box is known, which contains a locking membrane deepened therein with a tongue, the edges of which are bent upwards and glued to the wall of the box 1.
This box is closest to that described by the technical nature.
A disadvantage of the known box is the possibility of tearing the tab away from the membrane when opening the package.
The aim of the invention is to prevent tearing of the tongue from the membrane.
To achieve this goal, the tab is made of a part of the membrane, and an overlapping strip of film is glued to the inner side of it in the zone of the tab. The strip of film can be made of the same material as the membrane.
The tongue is located between the middle and edge of the locking membrane, and a strip of film is placed up to the wall of the box.
The edge of the film strip, which overlaps the tab, can be placed between the wall of the box and the edge of the membrane. The tongue has a transverse bend, and a groove is formed between the edge of the tongue and the cut of the membrane.
The free edge of the tongue can be bent up or down by 180 °.
FIG. 1 shows the upper part of the box with a locking membrane and a lid, a vertical section; in fig. 2 - a box with a membrane without a cap, top view; in fig. 3 - the edge of the box with a protective edge; in fig. 4 - part of the box with locking membrane and tongue. The box includes a body 1 formed by cutting a piece of cardboard tube corresponding to the length of the box. A film 2 and 3 is glued on both sides of the pipe. The end side 4 of the box wall that is unprotected due to the cut is provided with a protective ring 5 and 3 of the polyvinyl chloride film, which is applied, for example, due to thermal shrinkage. On the inner side 6 of the wall of the housing 1 - and to the ring 5, it is tightly attached by heat sealing or gluing the upward edge 7 of the locking membrane 8. The separation area 9 forms a separation area when the locking membrane 8 is removed, which serves as a lock. The box is equipped with a lid 10, which protects the membrane 8, and after removal
membrane 8 cover 10 serves to close the housing 1.
Membrane 8 sober it I, formed by a U-shaped cutting line 12, made in the locking membrane 8 between the middle of the membrane and its edge. At the same time, the free ends 13, 14 of the cut line 12 are located at some distance from the edge 7 of the membrane 8.
The tongue 11, cut out from the membrane 8, has a transverse bend 15, so that between the free end 16 of the tongue 11, a slot 18 is formed opposite the cut-out 17 of the membrane 8, through which a strip of film 19 glued or welded to the inside of the tongue is visible. the film can be made of foil or of the same material as the barrier membrane 8. Visible in the groove 18, the side of the film 19 can be painted in a color different from the color of the membrane, so that the tongue 11 is clearly distinguished by its color.
The tongue 11 can be made without transverse bending 15. Then the free edge 20 of the tongue 11 will be bent up or down by 180 °. In this case, a groove is formed between the tongue 11 and the cut 17 of the membrane 8.
The strip of film 19 is brought as far as possible to the edge 7 of the membrane 8 and can be placed between the wall of the housing and the edge of the membrane.

1. A box containing a locking membrane deep in it with a tongue, edge
which is bent up and glued to the wall of the box, characterized in that, in order to prevent tearing of the tongue from the membrane, the tongue is made of a part of the membrane, and a film strip overlapping it is glued to the inside in the region of the tongue.

2. A box according to claim 1, characterized in that the film strip is made of the same material as the membrane.
